Cada Driscoll

Cada was introduced to yoga as a teenager and began practicing at classes led by her Mom. Yoga and mindfulness lessons continued to be helpful as she grew. It was while working as an art teacher that Cada decided to take a Childlight Yoga teacher training so that she could weave the teachings into classroom learning and out of school programs. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Art Education and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language certification, as well as training and certification in yoga and Ayurveda. Cada has facilitated learning in many classrooms, art studios, after school and summer programs for the past 8 years in New England and abroad. She recently returned from living in Thailand for 3 years, where she taught in a bilingual early education classroom at a nature-centered international school. During this time she traveled throughout Southeast Asia and completed her 200hr yoga training with iFlow Yoga in Indonesia. Cada also enjoys whole food cooking, West African style dance, making pottery and being outdoors.

Cada currently instructs our school enrichment classes at Peaks Island Elementary School and occasionally substitutes for our studio classes.
